Door onze website te gebruiken, stemt u in met ons Privacybeleid en gaat u akkoord met de voorwaarden ervan.

De persoonlijke informatie die u wordt gevraagd te verstrekken, en de redenen waarom u wordt gevraagd deze te verstrekken, worden u duidelijk gemaakt op het moment dat wij u vragen uw persoonlijke informatie te verstrekken.

GMBAPI maakt standaard gebruik van logbestanden. Deze bestanden registreren bezoekers wanneer zij websites bezoeken. Alle hostingbedrijven doen dit en maken deel uit van de analytics van hostingdiensten. De informatie die door logbestanden wordt verzameld omvat internet protocol (IP)-adressen, browsertype, Internet Service Provider (ISP), datum- en tijdstempel, verwijzende/uitgaande pagina's en mogelijk het aantal kliks. Deze zijn niet gekoppeld aan informatie die persoonlijk identificeerbaar is. Het doel van de informatie is het analyseren van trends, het beheren van de site, het volgen van de bewegingen van gebruikers op de website en het verzamelen van demografische informatie.

Net als elke andere website maakt GMBAPI gebruik van 'cookies'. Deze cookies worden gebruikt om informatie op te slaan, waaronder bezoekersvoorkeuren en de pagina's op de website die de bezoeker heeft bezocht. Google is één van de derde partijen op onze site. Google gebruikt ook cookies, bekend als DART-cookies, om advertenties weer te geven aan bezoekers van onze site op basis van hun bezoek aan www.website.com en andere sites op internet. Ze ontvangen automatisch uw IP-adres wanneer dit gebeurt. Merk op dat GMBAPI geen toegang heeft tot of controle heeft over deze cookies die worden gebruikt door derden adverteerders.

GMBAPI's Privacybeleid is niet van toepassing op andere adverteerders of websites. Een ander deel van onze prioriteit is het toevoegen van bescherming voor kinderen tijdens het gebruik van het internet. We moedigen ouders en voogden aan om hun online activiteiten te observeren, eraan deel te nemen en/of ze te controleren en te begeleiden. GMBAPI verzamelt niet bewust enige persoonlijk identificeerbare informatie van kinderen jonger dan 13. Als u denkt dat uw kind dit soort informatie op onze website heeft verstrekt, raden wij u ten zeerste aan onmiddellijk contact met ons op te nemen en zullen wij ons best doen dergelijke informatie onmiddellijk uit onze bestanden te verwijderen.

In addition to sub-processors used to deliver the GMBapi.com platform, we use the following tools internally within our own organisation (e.g. by our sales and marketing team). These tools are not used to process our customers' personal data as part of the platform service:

• Anthropic (Claude AI) (Anthropic, PBC, USA) – AI language model used internally by our sales and marketing team for tasks such as drafting communications and internal analysis. Customer data is not shared with this tool. Transfer basis: SCCs 2021.

Certain features of the GMBapi.com platform use artificial intelligence tools, including services provided by Google Cloud AI. These tools may process content you provide (such as review text, business descriptions, or queries) in order to generate responses, suggestions, or analysis.

We do not use AI to make fully automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals (as defined in Article 22 GDPR). If this changes, we will update this policy and provide you with the right to request human review.

In accordance with the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689, applicable from 2 August 2026), we are committed to transparency about AI systems used in our service. You may request further information about how AI is used in our platform by contacting us at [email protected].

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
