Onboarding Steps

1. Sign Up to GMBapi.com
Go to GMBapi.com and click Free Trial to start your onboarding process. On the next screen, select “Continue with Google” to sign in. You’ll be prompted to log in with your Google Account, which will be securely linked to GMBapi.com. This account will be used each time you access the platform to manage and optimise your business listings.
2. Get Started
Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be welcomed to our dashboard with a short introduction video highlighting some key features. When you’re ready, click “Get Started” at the bottom of the screen to proceed to the next step.
3. Connect Your Locations
Click “Connect” to link your Google account and access your business locations. Use the same account that manages your Google Business Profiles. When the pop-up appears, check the required boxes before continuing. If someone else manages the profile, share the link on-screen with your admin to grant access.
4. Select a Location Group
After connecting your Google account, you’ll see a list of location groups linked to it. Select the group you want to manage and click “Connect.” If the group you want to manage is not listed, return to the previous step and make sure you’re signed in with the correct Google account.
5. Welcome to GMBapi.com!
