About Sophie

After earning a degree in Fine Art, Sophie started her career as a traffic and scheduling assistant in radio advertising. She quickly climbed the ranks to Executive and then Manager, where she led her team in the daily creation of ad logs for nine radio stations across the UK. Having made the move over to the dark side (digital marketing), Sophie joined GMBapi in 2022. Now, she’s our resident GBP Archmage, English-language firewall, copywriting hobbyist, online marketing aficionado, and wrangler of chaos. With a keen interest in Local Search Engine Optimisation, Sophie applies her creative problem-solving and organisational skills to help multi-location businesses improve their rankings and develop growth strategies. When not appeasing our Google overlords, Sophie can be found reading or scaling rock faces.
