In addition, it is useful to view all reviews and find out which have not (yet) been responded to. GMBapi.com is a good tool where you can find all information from your Google GMB. Very handy for customer wervice management to view the reviews when you have more then 150 stores. The collaboration is proactive and pleasant. Also great that you can send a post to more stores at once is a massive time saver. Last but not least the price you pay per store is very respectable.
