White-Label Local SEO Software
Run the full platform under your own brand, included on every plan.

White-label is standard, not an upgrade
Most local SEO platforms treat white-label as an enterprise unlock. You get quoted a reseller tier, a per-seat fee, or a minimum client count before anyone shows you a branded dashboard.
GMBapi includes it on every plan. Your brand name, your logo, your colours, and your own client portal, at no extra cost and with no minimum number of locations. Set it up during a free trial and see it before you pay for anything.
What you can brand
Your clients see your agency, not ours. Nothing in the portal, the login screen, or the dashboard names GMBapi.
Your portal
The platform runs on a subdomain you choose, at yoursubdomain.[shared-neutral-domain-name].com. Nothing in that address names a supplier. If you'd rather run it on your own domain, that's available as an upgrade and covered further down.
Your identity
Your brand name, your logo, and your favicon in both dark and light mode. A primary and a secondary colour applied across the interface. The login screen carries your colours and your logo, so the first thing a client sees is you.
Your terms
Link to your own terms and conditions from inside the portal, so the legal relationship a client sees is with your business.
Every feature, no white-label tax
White-label doesn't strip anything out. Your clients get the whole platform: bulk posting, review management, citation syncing, geo-grid rank tracking, LLM visibility tracking, Apple Business, menu and service uploads, and the full reporting suite. There's no feature-limited white-label edition and no module held back for the standard brand. If it's in the product, it's in your portal.
Who white-label local SEO software is for
Agencies managing client portfolios
One dashboard across every client, branded as yours. Bulk actions run across a whole client book in one pass, and reports go out on schedule without anyone compiling a spreadsheet. See agency pricing for how per-location rates fall as your portfolio grows.
Multi-location brands with sub-brands
A group operating several brands can present each one properly rather than routing everyone through a single vendor-branded tool. Location groups sit under one billing account with your own branding across all of them.
Franchise networks
Franchisees log into a portal carrying the network's brand rather than a third party's. Central teams keep oversight, and the interface reinforces the brand the franchisee has actually bought into.
Consultants and resellers
Local SEO is a service you can sell without building or licensing software of your own. The platform is the delivery mechanism, your brand is what the client buys, and there's no build cost to recover before the first retainer pays for itself.
How white-label works
Set it up yourself
Go to Settings, then White-label, and click Add white-label. Choose your subdomain, add your brand name, colors, logo, and favicon, then save. You need to be a billing owner on the account. There are no DNS records to configure and nothing to wait for, so setup runs in minutes rather than days.
Invite your clients
Clients log into your branded portal directly and get the same environment your team uses, so there's no separate access sharing to set up on your side.
One white label per organization
A white-label covers your whole organization, including every location group under your billing account. Your clients all log into the same portal carrying your brand, rather than each getting a differently branded one.
Change or switch it off whenever
Branding is a settings screen, not a support request, so you can update your logo or colors as often as you want. Settings, then Whitelabel, also has a Disable white-label toggle that reverts the organization to standard product branding.
Free and Custom Domain Compared
Branding is the same either way: your brand name, your logo, your favicon in dark and light mode, a primary and a secondary color, a branded login screen, and an optional link to your own terms.
Two things differ:
Free (example url used) | Custom domain | |
|---|---|---|
Portal URL | yoursubdomain.location-manager.com | Your own domain, for example, app.youragency.com |
Email sender | An address on your own domain | |
Minimum locations | None | 500 or more, billed at 500 |
Setup cost | Free | €500 one-off |
Technical setup | None, self-service | DNS records with your hosting provider |
Available on the free trial | Yes | No |
On the free tier, scheduled reports and client invitations are sent from [email protected] (example mail). That address carries no GMBapi branding, but it isn't your domain either. The custom-domain tier moves both the portal and the sending address onto a domain you own.

White-label Google Business Profile management
Most of what a local client needs is Google Business Profile work: categories, attributes, photos, services, posts, and reviews. GMBapi manages all of it in bulk through the official Google Business Profile API, and every piece of it reports back under your brand.
That includes the parts that are usually hard to explain to a client. Deleted review monitoring, rejected reply status, and suggested-edit rejection all run inside your branded portal, so a client asking why a review disappeared gets an answer from you rather than a shrug.
Why GMBapi white-label is different
It's included. Not an enterprise tier, not a reseller agreement, not a per-seat add-on.
No feature limits. Every module in the product is in your portal.
No credits. Geo-grid rank scans and LLM visibility checks aren't metered, so a client asking where they rank this week costs you nothing to answer.
Google first. Business data publishes to Google through the official API, then distributes outward. Clean data at the source means fewer verification failures downstream, and fewer unpaid hours fixing them.
Built by people who worked there. The team includes ex-Googlers from the Business Profile, Ads, and Maps teams, and support comes from them rather than a ticket queue.
Recognised by G2 users for "Best Estimated ROI" in Local SEO Software, Listing Management, and Local Marketing.
