    You can now filter locations based on specific missing assets. For instance, if you need to identify every profile lacking a cover photo or phone number, you can find them instantly and perform a bulk upload in seconds.

  • Comprehensive Profile Optimisation

    Simultaneously updating descriptions, opening hours or special holiday hours across multiple categories (like a portfolio containing both retail and service-based profiles) is now seamless. The system calculates exactly which locations are affected, ensuring consistency across the board.

  • Service Templates

    Efficiency is built in. You can now optimise the service structure of one location and save it as a template to be deployed across your entire network instantly.

  • Localised AI Content

    Our new “Generate” feature uses AI and smart parameters to create localised service descriptions. This allows large chains to maintain a “local feel” for every branch while managing the content from a central hub.

  • Bulk Video Uploads

    Instantly deploy video content across all locations or individual profiles directly from the dashboard.

Advanced Technical SEO & Syncing

Your Google Business Profile shouldn’t exist in a vacuum. This update bridges the gap between your GBP data and your wider digital ecosystem.

  • Local Business Schema Integration

    Under Admin settings, within the location management panel, you can now generate a unique header code for your website. This creates a real-time link: when you update your hours or contact info on GMBapi.com, your website’s schema updates automatically. It’s a “set and forget” solution for technical SEO.

  • External API Access

    For agencies and teams using custom workflows, we’ve introduced an API Key tab under Settings. This allows you to sync your GBP data with tools like Zapier, Make, or N8N, ensuring your location data is syndicated wherever it needs to be.

  • High-Speed Navigation

    We’ve pinned table headers and footers and added advanced “exclude” filters, making it effortless to navigate lists of thousands of locations.

Enhanced Citation Management & Presence

We’ve overhauled our Citation Management to make local accuracy effortless. With expanded vendor mapping for new locations, your data stays consistent across more categories than ever. To help you prioritise, we’ve introduced the Presence Score, a live ratio of active listings vs. total locations. Instead of hunting for errors, you can now instantly sort by your lowest scores to identify and fix the gaps in your local footprint before they impact your rankings.

Proactive Google Verification

Never let a location drop off the map. Our improved Google Verification notifications are designed to keep your profiles live and searchable with zero guesswork. You can now enable these alerts in the settings menu to receive updates the moment a location requires re-verification. To streamline the recovery process, the platform now stores the specific verification method used for each location.
